A studio run by people who ship their own products

Our founder spent more than ten years building software across Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia, including high-traffic web platforms for major regional banks and telcos while working at an agency. The work was good. The model often wasn't: billed hours, padded scopes, and a hand-off at launch just when the real work began.

Meanwhile we were building products of our own, and learning what it costs to cut the wrong feature, miss a launch window or rewrite a v1. Qhatulyst is the studio we wanted to hire back then: fixed scopes, weekly demos, prices you can see, and a team that's still around after launch.

We're a senior, founder-led studio working with trusted specialists, not a large in-house team. Every project has one senior lead from kickoff to launch, and we bring in designers or specialist engineers when a project needs them, under the same contract and confidentiality terms.

We take on a limited number of client builds at a time, each with a dedicated delivery schedule and weekly demos.
