Building something with real traction? For a few selected founders each year we reduce the cash price in exchange for a share of the upside.
Two models
Equity
A reduced cash fee plus a small equity stake in your company.
Revenue share
A reduced cash fee plus a percentage of revenue for an agreed period, capped at a multiple of the discount.
A minimum cash fee applies. Every partnership is assessed individually and documented in a written agreement.
Partnership pricing is a services arrangement with a reduced fee. It is not a fundraising or securities offer.
